About The Event Storytelling & Music as part of Didsbury Arts Festival ِShahireh Sharif will be introducing Shahnameh (The Book of kings), a poetry book written over a millennium ago by Ferdowsi, a Persian poet. Then she will tell the story of Gordafarid, a female warrior. The story of Gordafarid would then be performed by Saeid Mokhtassi and Reza Ansari. They play guitar and read the poetry in its original language, Persian.
This is the first year that some artists who are culturally from Iran, will be performing at the Didsbury Arts Festival. I will be taking part at the storytelling and music session on the 1st July at 2:00pm at the Old Parsonage house. In this session I will be introducing Shahnameh (1000 years old Persian book of poetry) and telling the story of Gordafarid, a female warrior. Then Saeid Mokhtassi and Reza Ansari will be playing music and reading the related poems from the Shahnameh. There will be other artists Atousa Godarzi and Halleh Jallali who also perform on the same day at the same place. برنامه ما: داستان و موزیک: شاهنامه و گیتار نیم‌نگاهی به شاهنامه و داستان گردآفرید در شاهنامه شهیره شریف خوانش اشعار داستان گردآفرید به فارسی با موسیقی سعید مختصی و رضا انصاری
امسال اولین سالی است که برنامه‌‌های هنری ایرانی در فستیوال هنر Didsbury انجام میشود. مراسم افتتاحیه فستیوال هنر Didsbury رو شنبه ۲۴ جون در پارک Fletcher Moss ساعت ۱۲ با دف نوازی ایرانی شروع میشود و بعد خانم آتوسا گودرزی بخشی از کتاب جدیدشان را خواهند خواند. بعد از افتتاحیه برنامه موسیقی گروه همساز در جمعه ۳۰ جون و برنامه تاتر کوتاه اجرا میشود. در 1 جولای منهم در برنامه شاهنامه خوانی با داستان گردآفرید (به انگلیسی) در خدمتتان خواهم بود. در همین برنامه آقایان سعید مختصی و رضا انصاری با گیتار اشعار شاهنامه را به فارسی خواهند خواند. این برنامه در Parsonage garden در روز شنبه ۱ جولای بین ۲ تا ۴ بعدازظهر خواهد بود و بخش‌های دیگری با هنرنمایی خانم‌ها آتوسا گودرزی و هاله جلالی نیز در همان روز اجرا خواهند شد. برنامه اختتامیه فستیوال با حضور گروه دف در پارک Didsbury بین ۱۲ تا ۵ روز یکشنبه ۲ جولای انجام میشود. این برنامه‌ها رایگان می‌باشند. برنامه ما در اول جولای نیز رایگان می‌باشد اما به علت محدود بودن جا لطفا بلیت رایگان خود را از قبل با مراجعه به لینک زیر تهیه نمایید تا شرمنده شما نشویم. https://www.jarofwords.com/events-1/gordafarid-a-female-warrior
