Return & Refund Policy
Jar of Words is happy to exchange or refund purchased items within 10 days after receiving goods. This does not apply to books (print & E-books).
For damaged items please email us, ASAP and within 10 days after your item is delivered, if your purchase is damaged when you receive it.

As the design of art works on jar of words are handmade and unique, the replacement item may differ from your original order.
